Srinagar - Pahalgam - Gulmarg - Srinagar

Day 01: Srinagar
Arrive at airport / railway station and, transfer to board Houseboat. Srinagar is the capital of Jammu and Kashmir, a major tourist attraction, lying deep in the heart of Kashmir valley. Later visit Dal Lake and take a Shikara ride. Overnight on Houseboat.

Day 02: Srinagar
After breakfast, visit Mogul Gardens "Nishat Bagh" (Garden of Bliss) and "Shalimar Bagh" (Garden of Love). Nishat Bagh was laid out for the public by Noor Jehan’s brother Asif Khan it is a better version of Shalimar Bagh, with steep escalating terraces, lovely walkways, waterfalls, pavilions and offers a Spectacular view over the lake. Shalimar Bagh was conceived by Emperor Jehangir as a private recreation area for his beloved wife Noor Jehan. Later visit Shankeracherya Temple on a hillock, thus providing panaromic view of entire city, along with famous Dal lake and river Jehlum. Overnight on Houseboat.

Day 03: Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar (85kms / 03hrs)
After breakfast, full day excursion tour of Sonmarg situated at an altitude of 2730 meters. Sonmarg, which means "meadow of gold" has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. Spectacular views of the Harmukh range dominate the horizon. The drive to Sonamarg is through the Sindh Valley which presents yet another spectacular facet of countryside in Kashmir. Later visit the Thajiwas glacier on Ponies a major local attraction. Overnight on Houseboat.

Day 04: Srinagar - Pahalgam (96kms / 03hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam also called as “Valley of Shepherds" is situated at an altitude of 2130 meters. Drive through Saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman). Drive through the pine forest along Lidder River. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: Pahalgam
After breakfast, rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06: Pahalgam - Gulmarg (150kms / 04hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg also called as “Meadow of Flowers” is situated at an altitude of 2730 meters. Gulmarg is famous for its variety of flowers and has one of the best Ski slopes in the world. Winter Games Federation of India has declared Gulmarg as the Winter Games Capital of India. Gulmarg has the highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. Snow caped mountains are all around one can even have a view of Nanga Parbat on a clear sunny day. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Gulmarg
After breakfast, enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Ride (Gondola) upto Alapather. Gulmarg has become the highest lift-served ski resort in the world providing a downhill ski run of 5.2kms from a height of 14000 feet in the Apharwat range. It is also the longest gondola served ski-lift in Asia. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Gulmarg - Srinagar (60kms / 02hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Srinagar. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight on Houseboat.

Day 09: Srinagar
After breakfast, spend the morning at leisure. Later drive to airport / railway station for onward travel.
